IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MODERATION AND FACILITATION?
The difference is essential because the goals are different.
The moderator is someone who tries to help other people to reach an agreement.
The facilitator is someone who helps the person or organization to do something easier or find the answer to the problem by discussing things and suggesting ways, in which things can be done.
The CEFE methodology helps participants learn how to look at the whole picture, analyze participants, recognize needs, and readily take the appropriate role or approach.
